This meeting is strictly for the Managing Directors of the 6 ports that are members of the
Board (Gabon, Nigeria, Guinea, Senegal and Equatorial Guinea and Gambia).
The Board will assess the results of the 2023 activities including the 2023 audit report; examine and approve the 2024 activity program, the 2025 budget, as well as the draft program for the 44
the council meeting to be held in Conakry in November 2024. The same applies to the projects and partnerships of the Association.
