The 20th Round Table of Managing Directors of Port Authorities at the 45th Annual Council was organised into sessions and presided by Mr. Martin Boguikouma, MD of OPRAG (Gabon Ports and Harbors Authority).
SESSION I: Reforming legal, regulatory and fiscal frameworks: projecting the African port sector into future
