This meeting is strictly for the Managing Directors of the 6 ports that are members of the Board (Nigeria, Guinea, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Gambia and Angola). The Board will assess the results of the 2024 activities including the 2024 audit report; examine and approve the 2025 activity
program, the 2026 budget, as well as the draft program for the 45th council meeting to be held in Pointe Noire in
November 2025. The same applies to the projects and partnerships of the Association.
