- R41) (n°02/COS/ FIN/17) expenses born by NPA, arrangements are made by PMAWCA secretariat to obtain a letter from the NPA confirming the donation of the property;
- R42) (n°05/COS/FIN/18) the implementation of special projects, and AdHoc committee composed of Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea Conakry and Sierra Leone be created to identify revenue-generating ideas/projects including the PMAWCA Training Center;
- R43) (n°09/COS/FIN/18) the high concentration of DATs in a single bank the Secretariat acts to reduce the risks associated with the loss of exchange rates in the Naira;
- R44) (n°03/FIN/20) the compliance audit of the concession of the Training Center, a functional EX-CO account be created (Reiteration);
- R45) (n°01/FIN/21) the audit report of the accounts for the financial year 2020 of the Secretariat, the Board of Directors should move to approve the accounts for the 2020 financial year of the Secretariat and discharge for its management for the 2020 financial year;
- R46) (n°02/FIN/21) the Secretariat’s proposed budget for 2021, the Board of Directors should approve the 2021 proposed budget of the Secretariat;
- R47) (n°03/FIN/21) the implementation of the recommendations of past audits, the PMAWCA Secretariat takes the necessary steps to implement the recommendations of past audits;
- R48) (n°04/FIN/21) the arrears of members contributions, the Secretariat should deploy appropriate recovery strategies to improve on the debt collection rate;
